Overview
BilliPaid is built privacy-first. Your bill data lives on your device by default. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal information.
Data Storage
- All bills, credit cards, amounts, due dates, and notes you enter are stored locally on your device using SwiftData.
- No data is sent to our servers. We never have access to your information.
iCloud Sync
- iCloud sync is enabled by default so your data can sync across your Apple devices.
- All synced data is fully encrypted by Apple. We have no access to it.
- You can disable iCloud sync at any time in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → BilliPaid.
Third Parties
We do not share your data with any third parties. The only external service possibly used is Apple’s iCloud (if sync is enabled), which is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
Your Data Control
- You can delete all your data instantly from within the app (Settings → Delete All Data).
- You can export and import your data as a backup at any time.
- Since we do not store any of your data on our servers, there is nothing additional for us to delete upon request. Deleting the app or disabling iCloud sync removes all copies.
Children’s Privacy
BilliPaid is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we will update this policy and notify you in the app.
